I was put in place because the owner is done running this group so I'll be doing a bunch of the stuff he did (I'm assuming the other admins are doing the same thing). Just so you know it will not be uncommon for me to come up with 20 renovations at once and end up destroying your notification page
Also since the creator is not dead I will be checking with him before I make any major changes
