Welcome to the Companionverse! This is a place to gain inspiration for Doctor Whooves stories that meet a specific criteria. Without too much blabbing, here it is!

1. The Doctor wasn't originally a pony, he was a humanoid in our universe.

2. No one came with the Doctor when he crossed over: just the TARDIS.

3. The Companions, the most important bit:
Rose Tyler = Roseluck
Captain Jack = Star Hunter (look him up)
Martha Jones = Twilight Sparkle
Donna Noble = Lyra Heartstrings
Amy Pond = Rainbow Dash
Rory Williams = Soarin
Clara Oswin Oswald = Derpy 'Ditzy' Doo
Now, about the companions: Of course they won't be carbon copies of the ones in the original Doctor Who universe. This mostly has to do with characterization and relations with other characters. For example, the Doctor will be in love with Roseluck. Roseluck's time in the TARDIS will span two Doctors. Twilight and Lyra will travel together at some point. Soarin and Rainbow will be an item at some point. Lyra will behave similarly to Donna. Et cetera, et cetera...

4. The Doctors: Another important bit. The Companionverse is mainly led by three Doctors: Eccleston through Smith.

5. When does this come in on the Doctor Who timeline? Anywhere in the reboot.

6. When does this come in on the mlp timeline? Anywhere during the show's run time.
