The problem is, I'm passive in my storytelling, and when I actually pay attention to what I'm writing I suddenly lose all hope of trying to salvage the events I had in my mind. Nor am I having full thoughts in the first place, like driving towards a destination on the same mental autopilot you would have while making coffee in the morning while waking up, except all the time.

It's like Writer's Ragequit, if you will, and I need help on combating such.

Or at least a bigger vocabulary.

Maybe you should keep a note book full of your ideas. Good ones get expanded on, bad ones don't.
