What if Sunset Shimmer was a pro hacker?

Short version of the chapter:

Sunset Shimmer forges her identity and learns her way around technology (albeit illegally) from a hacker on the dark web. Using that knowledge she is able to funnel money from various bank accounts, and utterly destroy the inter-personal relationships of Canterlot High.

After being defeated by Twilight, her actions were discovered by the government, who let her off on an agreement to return what she stole, and to help them catch other cybercriminals.
