6954205 I don't think airheaded really fits either. She's just very sheltered because of her upbringing and is curious to learn about the world around her that she's never seen before. Her fear of the Storm King might also explain her bubbly nature, as a way to focus on anything besides her fear.
I would buy her art at double market value :)
She's so cute. And I'd say with her energetic personality she's doing all right for somepony with such a big PTSD of the Storm King.
