= Equal in speed and versatility
- Less experienced in combat
- No defense against the Rinnegan's Human Path or the Infinite Tsukuyomi
- Cannot regenerate from the Truth-Seeking Balls or the Tailed Beast Bomb

OBITO:
+ Able to remove Tomura's soul from his body with the Human Path or disintegrate it with the Truth-Seeking Balls
+ Much more experienced in both combat and strategy
+ Tailed Beast Bomb can wipe entire continents off the map
+ Infinite Tsukuyomi cannot be countered without a Rinnegan
= Equal in speed and versatility
- Gets stomped in base form
- Unable to affect Tomura's mind with the Sharingan

The only thing that I am not entirely sure of is whether or not Tomura's Decay can overcome Obito's regeneration in his Ten-Tails Jinchuriki form.
