hey i can't remember a fic and searching for it has become very hard so i'll just point out plot points

plot A scootaloo attempts suicide but is saved by her idea who finds the letter

PLot B diamond uses the letter to demonically bully her putting the entire town against her

plot C her father blames her for her mothers death and seeks to kill her.

ring any bells also vicus medus is mentioned and means her mother was born without magic or something of the like please help find story it's based on her learning to fly but because i can't remember the title finding it is very hard.

in the mean time i'll keep looking.
