It feels weird being the first post in like a year. hope someone sees this
This was one of the first stories I read on the site and I randomly remembered it, but I can't seem to find it:

In this fic Scootaloo's wings turn out to have magical powers and is sent to a school for unicorns in canterlot by twilight to learn how to use her magic. The students there are terrible to scootaloo. She gets constantly bullied, and there is even a situation where someone pursues a romance with scootaloo as a joke(???) only to reveal the ruse right before they kiss. At the end students are required to show off a magical skill they learned, and Scootaloo's skill is that she can repeatedly teleport in midair, which is basically flying, and she puts on an airshow for everyone. There is also a stallion named cookie who is the chef at the school, and one of scootaloo's only friends there. He turns out to be an undercover investigator for celestia.
