Married to Her Job, Single in Her Heart

Here's my problem: Most is borderline but fits more into Tender than Romantic and doesn't go too much farther than that. However, there are two times - in quick succession - where it's suggested two characters might have had sex to the point it might hit Saucy, but it is over very quickly and goes on to more serious things and never shows the act itself. Where among the categories does it fit if these are the only two occurrences?

Easy rule of thumb is to post in the folder related to the highest rated part, even if it is only a small portion of the whole.
