The first submitted story can take up to a few weeks, or even a month or two before being accepted. The staff are likely busy, which is completely fine. I think the average time is about 2/3 weeks.

Which is not that long. Besides, It’s only one story you gotta wait for (if it gets approved) before you can start publishing stories without them needing to be checked by site staff first
