In West Fillydelphia born and raised
In my mansion is where I spent most of my days
Chillin' out out maxin' relaxin' all cool
Just layin' around by my private pool
When a couple of butlers who weren't any good
Made a few mistakes and brought me the wrong food
I threw one little tantrum and my mom flipped her top
She said "You're moving with your royal auntie in Canterlot!"

I whistled for a chauffer and when she came near
Her mane looked nice and she looked real hot
If anything I could say that this mare was rare
But I said "Nah forget it, Yo to Canterlot!"

I pulled to the catsle around 7 or 8
And I yelled to mare "Hey babe! I'll do ya later!"
I looked at my city
I was ready to rock
And sit on my throne as the Fresh Prince of Canterlot
