It will be interesting to see the student/teacher relationship between the two, I don't think I've seen them shipped like that yet.
Maybe explain the reasons they both start to fall for each other, I always prefer stories that have good reasons why they make a good ship instead of just saying they love each other. Other than that keep up the good work!

I shall have them slowly fall for eachother, because I also dislike ships when they're automatically in love.
You might wanna re do that scene with spike. You could easily expand on it. I can't see Twilight saying "The door is right there" I can see them arguing a lil bit more and then him just storming off.
I'm curious as to how the other ponies are going to react to Trixie, but I am also curious about what brought about her big change in personality. More specifically what happened in between when they last saw each other and now. Or is it really as simple as Trixie wanting to learn more?

I figured Fluttershy would be the best one to introduce Trixie to first. The others are going to be more difficult. As for the subtly for Trixie's and Twilight relationship, they both have to realize what they are feeling first, then go from there. I don't expect to be a two day process. Perhaps, after Trixie meets at least two more of her other friends?
