I know that if I die someday, I want to be reincarnated as a pony and live in Equestria. That sounds a bit weird doesn't it?

As far as Sergeant Johnson fics go, this was decent. The premise is shaky but I'll look to the future to give criticism.
Johnson's character, however, is outdated. As per Halo 1&2, you captured him pretty well but he changed in Halo 3. Instead of being very eccentric, lighthearted and sarcastic he becomes more serious, to-the-point and carries a get-it-done attitude. Not to say you did him wrong, just too much.

When you mix the effects of a Halo that is designed to destroy a Flood-susceptible organism's nervous system with the magic powers of a being that's trying to retrieve said organism's consciousness, the resulting collision of two vastly different forces can produce any number of exotic or unpredictable outcomes. Luckily in this case Luna is able to predict the outcome however, and can allow for Johnson's survival given her assumed experience with magic.
