reading the first chapter I know this is going to be a great story! 
This story is going good so far, but I hope there will at least be some fighting or something like that (sorry I like stories with some action) but I can't wait for more though.

Ordinarily I'd say they'd have trouble using it as evidence against Flim and Flam in a Court of Law because of how they got the evidence. However since one of the business partners came across it and is willing to spill the beans, (not to mention possible differences in Equestrian Law as compared to US law).
Prince Dusk should be thankful that Breaking and Entering is the only thing he had to morally compromise himself over.
Poor Captain Benjamin Sisko had to do much worse to get an edge in a far more desperate situation where the fate of 800 billion lives were at stake.
I'd have posted just those last two minutes but I figured a bit more context might be needed for some of the confessions.
