The story structure reads awfully clunky. It had too much dialogue to tell a short idea.
Also, characters' names were stated time and again rather than using any synonyms. You could've replaced "Sweetie Belle" with just "Sweetie" or "the young unicorn filly.". The variation makes it easier on the reader.
I like the premise, but it came off like reading a rough draft. Great potential though.
