Gotham City is a scary place. The Mane Six had no idea that such a city could exist, but now they must venture there to do something to bring back hope to the cesspool.
And when Twilight and her friends are saved by the mysterious Bat, she wants to thank him. But he is still a dangerous vigilante, and so Twilight finds herself trying to stop him despite her gratitude. He's still a part of the city's illness. So, with Bruce Mayne's assistance, she plays a dangerous cat-and-mouse game to find and capture the Bat.
But Bruce Mayne has a secret. She knows that he has a secret. He knows that she knows.
It's a battle of wits with the fate of the city in the balance.
On hiatus because... It's not my best work. It's not terrible (I think), but, well... I'm not that great on my best day. Therefore, I will be editing to improve it.

I will be updating and improving. I posted this story on a mere whim, and so I didn't expect it to be updated and improved often.
But, seeing as my failure as a writer has its charm, and that people are enjoying the story, I will continue.
I am curious as to when the next chapter is going to be posted? I honestly think this is a great story and I hope to see it completed at some point. Also what suit does this Bat "mane" use is it similar to the batman begins or is it closer to the Batman animated series?

First, thanks for the compliment.
Second, I will update within 3 months, probably in this month. I have to edit previous chapters because I've been "telling" way too much. I've been saying it's hopeless without showing it, and I've reduced the Six (7?) to just going through things instead of doing things.
Third, this Batman(e?)'s suit will probably not be very described (Batman is felt, not seen), but I envision it as the Arkham Asylum Batsuit. All that is really important is that it is packed with weapons and might have armor.
Fourth, in the next chapter, no spoilers, there will be Batman vs Luna in combat. Expect trickery from Batman, in-equine displays of strength/speed/durability for Luna, and incredible martial arts mastery from both.
In the meantime, you could read my other (better written until I edit this story) Batman related story We Stopped Checking for Monsters in the Everfree..., which involves the Joker causing havoc. No Batman, just the Six having to deal with an unacknowledged part of themselves that make them question their very morality.
