As entertaining as this story was, I don't think this story deserves a Mature tag. The worst that happened was Trixie saying penis once. It should be fine to change it to a Teen, at any rate.

I've been fighting with the mods about it, actually. I've actually removed a lot of what this story was originally going to be (a clopfic), but they still insisted it needed a Mature tag.
Meanwhile, there's plenty of Teen rated fics with sex scenes. Go figure.

Funny thing is, that's what it was originally going to be.
Then this happened:
And suddenly, everything changed. I couldn't let it become a clopfic because I'd feel like a jerk for writing it. This one paragraph stunned me -- I couldn't believe I wrote something this deep and heartfelt. To go through with my original plan and continue it as a clopfic felt like I was going to cheapen the feels.
So I changed the direction and the story became one about friends bonding as opposed to friends boinking.
This was thoroughly enjoyable! Kinda sad it changed from a clopfic to not, but you go where the plot(huehuehue) takes you, right?

The situation might have gone that way had Sunset Shimmer not just opened herself up to Trixie. Sometimes, a friend is better to have than sex. That's the point of this story.

Got to admit, I went into this expecting porn, but I think I like what happened better. I have to agree with the posters below me and say that I would read something about the four of them doing a successful show at some point, or perhaps ending up in Ponyville and the four of them dealing with the fallout from their actions.

It has a Mature tag only because much of the descriptions were originally far more grotesque and pornographic. I toned it down, but because certain elements stayed (Elements like Trixie thinking of Canterlot's "phallic spires", which was forshadowing the story's conflict and therefore couldn't be dropped), it got a Mature tag anyway.
I was thinking of resubmitting it. I caught a few grammar errors here and there, and maybe I can choose some more delicate language when it comes to Trixie's... er... desire for male company.
