Wow, finally! I really enjoyed the first one, and I'm glad to see this! Thanks.

Big Mac, you horny S.O.B.
Excellent :pinkiehappy:

That was so sad ;_; Really nice to get some answers on this story thread though, I like it. However, and this might just be me, I found it quite hard to follow who the story was talking about.

Well, this certainly fills in some of the gaps. Or, at least, one of them. It explains Cheerilee's refusal to talk about her relationship with Big Mac.

What I'm still at a loss for is why all the girls were "flirting" with him, and AJ got so upset about it. Is that going to be explained in a different story? Or does that have something to do with this?

So sad ;_; But it got so lovely near the end. It's sad they never got to stay together, they seemed really cute as a couple.

Great little one-shot. :3

Sad, but good.

Yeah, I want to tie up the other loose ends in the next big story. This was just a bit of set up for what's coming - I'm trying to feel out Mac and Applejack's characters and history a bit more before I dive into that project.

"She always gets a little amused when he rambles like this. Not in a condescending way, at all – she finds it heartwarming. Cute, in a good way. He understands by now."
Foreshadowing is magic.

Clicks "five stars" blinks,,, Why did the rating suddenly drop to 1.9? is good read? yes?

Bout time I got around to reading this. Very vivid.

Good imagery. The transition between "cocky" Mac (Freudian slip unintentional) and "stoic" Mac really hits home . . . you capture the trauma of the accident in exceptional detail.

4 1/2 stars.

Romance Reports makes this so much more bearable. It's sad, but everything works out in the end. Eventually. And I like that. It's real.

Brilliant as usual, Sleepless. I can't wait for the FlutterMac.

I thought that it was explained in the Romance Reports that after Cheerilee left for college, Big Mac "got around a lot" and apparently became a big heart breaker. I thought AppleJack was just trying to prevent him from becoming a sex addict again. And again Sleepless, very nice job although I still must say I prefer Twilight and Cheerilee over Cheerilee and Big Mac. Looking forward to more. :raritycry::pinkiegasp:

I totally agree with the Twilight and Cheerilee. I want to see Fluttershy and Big Mac personally, but with Big Mac being a sex addict, I dont want to see Fluttershy get hurt.

I put this one off for so long. I saw it. I knew it would hurt. I put it off.

And you know what?

It did. Ow.

I couldn't bring myself to favorite this because I'm a big ol' emotional thing, but you still get a thumbs-up because it's damn well made. :fluttercry:

Knighty commented on this? WHAAAAAAAT?

Damn... That was kinda brutal. Oh and you broke my heart with the Apple Bloom part. I like that it was Cheerilee who took care of her tho. Oh and what a sad note to end it on. Great job Sleepless. You rock. :pinkiesad2::pinkiegasp::moustache:

Yeesh, that was pretty brutal. Though coming off of RR, it makes sense with what we see Cheerilee and Big Mac there. But that must have been pretty harsh for the both of them. Poor kids.

Very well done prequel. Can't wait to read the rest of the stories. :pinkiehappy:

To quote a great character, "People deal with stress differntly, some people fuck at funerals, i cut peoples heads off."-Travis Touchdown.

(i had too, im sorry if your offended but it was to good to resist)

I really liked this and honestly I'm surprised I didn't cry during this, because I cry just reading anti-gay hate comments. I liked the head canon used to show how his parents died. And poor AJ. She'll probably never ever be able to forget this, and she was also very young. At least Apple Bloom was too young to understand what had happened, but it's still a bit painful to see those young children asking when their parents will be back. I liked how the clop was not for pleasure, but to make a close friend feel even the slightest bit happy. Thumbs up for sure!.
