Silver Spoon's parents have to leave for a business trip and could not take her with them. To make matters worse for Silver Spoon, Diamond Tiara is gone. She shows a different side of herself, one that no one knew. Sweetie Belle helps her to learn that she can do things on her own and don't need another pony to hold her hoof.

This story needs more recognition! It's an interesting start, and could even start off a series! Silver Spoon learning about caring for herself, writing in the journal every day, and such.

Honestly I'm surprised her mother cared at all. I like the names for Mr and Mrs Spoon but they got to be the worst parents in Equestria!

A little rushed (and tragic that her parents would leave her like that) but otherwise I loved Silver's interaction with Sweetie and Rarity.
