Something like this is only good if there's a point to it. Grimdark for the sake of grimdark isn't interesting or horrifying, it's just boring, and I can think of no worse crime for a story.

I'm not sure if it's the story's fault or if my brain was corrupted by Cupcakes, Rainbow Factory and Sw**t *ppl* M*ss*cr*, but I didn't find it scary. I think a lot of people saw it coming too.

Also, dialog rule #7: When a different character starts speaking, you start a new paragraph all together. It's basic stuff to make your story readable.
