I uh like that show with the ponies... you know the one, right? Right!? Come on, I'm not the only one am I!?!?!?!?!?!?!

T

This story goes into detail into what I think happened after Trixie left Ponyville in Season 1 and before she returned in Season 3. I also go into her past, why she's decided to be the pony she is today. Not only that but the burdens she carries and the demons that haunt her as well. Also the strange relationship that she develops with the equally strange pony working on a rock farm. I promise to release a chapter unless I hit a writers block or something comes up. My first story so I hope you enjoy it!

An interesting start, but I rather like it. I can buy the dream as being a source of Trixie's insecurities and such, and a very valid reason for Trixie ending up on the rock farm in the first place. Good work. I shall be watching this story with interest.

Thanks a lot! You don't know how much it means to me to get positive feedback on my first story, I'll try not to disappoint!

I love how despite Trixie's best effort she still tried to keep the timberwolves at bay with her magic. Great and powerful or not, such acts of bravery are what make real heroes in the end. To stand against such opposition and try to make a difference like she tried in Ponyville. Good job keeping her in character.

Glad to see someone gets this concept with Trixie. Put on your brave face Trixie!

6044088 Yeah because nothing says tragic backstory like having dragon fetus all over your face.:rainbowlaugh: I know that was tactless but I can't help myself. That's what I felt when i read that part. I t was good, just hard to take it seriously when the idea of undeveloped dragon fetus is scattered all over. :twilightblush:

But I too shall follow this story! Maud is fourth best pony!

OMG that 's amazing! Trixie got her tripping habit from here! I can see it now!

Maud is too smart for you Trixie. Oh, and by the way, just thought I'd mention something I found...

"Unhand me!" Trixie blurted out again knocking away the pony's hooves. She was able to walk, with some uncertainty but at least she could make her way to the door. Right as she was about to pass through the door frame, Trixie was knocked knocked backwards by some force hitting her horn. It sent a shock down her spine and reminded her that the plank of wood was still attached to her head.

You accidentally put two knocked's in the same sentence. Other than that keep up the good work friend!

Thanks for keeping up with the story! Also for finding the mistake, I tend to rewrite portions of sentences so often times I leave double words :derpytongue2:

6055258 It happens to the best of us. I still find mistakes in my stories all the time. :twilightblush: Still, I wondered what Maud would be like in your story. In mine I made her more or less the same, but with her closest friends she's a secretly playful pony.

Timberwolves, and then an exploding fetus. Good job, you have my attention! On to the next chapter!
