I was expecting Fluttershy to burst in at the end and complain about obscene lyrics, for some reason.
And that's how Octavia got a pegasus foal!
Titanium Dragon may have called this dull, but by paying close enough attention you can tell that it's something fun and a sort of minor event in the life of a character. While the simplicity is hard to understand, you can understand the fic by simply reading it a second time.
Blue flowers? Like...poison joke flowers?!
