Sunstone thought she had enough problems in her life, having to deal with a less-than-ideal enviroment at her workplace; the offices of the Ponyville Weather Management team.
Then her old friend Rosie Palms drops in, having been let go from her previous job. Except said previous job has left her with some particular skills and baggage that will make finding new work in a conservative town like Ponyville difficult. So now she's relying on Sunstone's help.
And with Stony's help, Rosie's willing to put in the long, hard hours pleasuring her employees to their satisfaction by her performance.

I actually have a bit of difficulty concentrating when trying to watch films at home, or long TV shows I.E. Westworld or Into the Badlands, being immobile without 'stimulation' makes me fidgety (as opposed to sitting and playing games on the computer, which requires active participation on my part). So what I do is situate myself with my laptop on the couch with MS Word or a firefox browser open to help keep me engaged. This in turn actually helps me focus on the movie more in a peripheral fashion just like the one episode where Rainbow knows everything happening below her when flying.
Oddly, I also don't get fidgety when actually at a movie theater. It's weird like that.
