This looks like a complete sentence, but it isn't. You've got a lot of words there, but it doesn't express a complete statement.

I automatically checked: 22 divided by 2 is 11, add 7, you get 18. Therefore, a 22-year-old dating an 18-year-old is not creepy. But only barely.
