... Well, I don't know how well they actually do their jobs, but that seems like a pretty dickish move. I fail to see how they couldn't trust the personification of loyalty of all things. Good story, curious to see how this universes incarnations of them are and/or if they mind wipe her, imprison her or Celes recruits her. Loyalty after all, well aware revealing secret could place her friends on the Wonderbolts hit list... assuming they're not controled by Celes, impossible to tell.
... Too many theories, will have to wait for next chapter. Damnit, hate waiting.

Their sheer ignorance only reinforces my belief that "The Wonderbolts are less than useless". Come to think of it, no one's really acknowledged the main 6's status as the Elements. Seems strange considering all the disasters they tend to avert. Curious to see if their actual efficiency will increase now they have someone on their team who's actually competent.
I know it's not really a commenters place to say this, but I'm sorry about your grandfather mate.
As strange as it is that the Wonderbolts don't know that Rainbow Dash is an Element of Harmony, it's thoroughly bizarre that they would immediately accept her word that she is one. At the least, that part of the scene needs a better description. Something like "Nice try, but that's... wait, you!?" IMHO, it would work better with that attempt to refute it, and that sudden realisation.
