This story, much like the one before it, is a pot of hilarity delivered through sexual debauchery. The "straight man"-- er, "girl" -- attitude Sunset Shimmer carries is perfectly complimented by Rainbow Dash's loose mouth and even more loosely restrained hormones. It's a short but sweet piece, easily readable and just as easily enjoyable. I thank you greatly for giving it to us.

She'd need functional testicles that produced sperm cells complete with XY sex chromosomes (without the last part, the most she might do would be to induce Fluttershy to parthenogenesis, which is rare in humans but has been known to happen). I also suspect that Fluttershy would have kept Dashie's child, due to the strong emotional bond between them.
Though, admittedly, "balls deep" and "hot jizz" does imply two of the requirements, but Dashie would still need to produce XY sex chromosomes.

Hardly. Sperm is produced by meiosis, which means that every sperm cell (the one with a tail) contains only half of the father's genetic material (the rest is supplied by the mother when the cells connect during conception). This form of cell division means that half of the sperm cells end up with a single Y-chromosome and the other half with a single X-chromosome. If the sperm cell carrying an Y reaches the egg (which always has an X chromosome), we end up with XY, that is a boy. If the sperm cell carrying an X wins the race, it form XX, a girl. We're not covering various cell division fuck-ups which produce XYY (allegedly more aggresive man), XXX (Klinefelter syndrome), X0 (Turner syndrome), or Y0 (so dead the woman doesn't even know she was pregnant).
Now, if we assume Rainbow Dash has a functional dick and balls (which raises a question why her parents at no point in her life considered her to be a boy if she had them from the start. Sure, she might be transsexual, but did she tell them that right after birth? Though considering it's Syeekoh we're talking about, she totally could). She has a normal 46, XX karyotype (a healthy woman) and her XX cells divide into sperm cells, each of them containing a single X chromosome. Which basically means all her children would be daughters.
