This was fine but All Tomorrow's Birthdays was better because it was a solid story on its own merits. The porn was tasty frosting on an already delicious plot cake. This was all frosting and that can get sickeningly sweet very quickly.

True enough! The first story's smaller focus made it a bit easier to write romantic kinky. This one with the bigger cast and silly premise seemed more fitting for comedy-kinky. As it's a sequel I hope one can maybe see it as a bit of whipcream on top of the foundation from the first. Pinkie style, so bigger than the original cake?

As for the question, eheheh. I could say some nerdy thing about how ponies are not very body shy or self-conscious physically. In the previous story, Sunset had an internal thought about how when they are not horny, ponies don't think much on touching or closeness. I mean Pinkie could do this, randomly.
Also, consider the state of mind of three ponies fresh from a multi-orgasmic threesome, still tumbled and messy-maned. Getting the sprig of panic at seeing the letter. And finally... I wanted them to have peeners.
