In the deepest parts of the Equus Space Satellite World Alignment, history is stirring and a group of friends will rediscover themselves and begin unravel a plot to destroy everything including their former home.

The ancient ones had created a chance for the people of Equus to live anew in the outer regions of space. Nopony actually knew what happened to the planet beneath them, but a chosen few are going to learn what is truth from what is myth.

These friends learn that what is depicted as millennia ago was fairly recent and that they have a shared history with the elements, and with old equus itself. They will be joined by the mysterious Sunset Shimmer, and ghosts of the past. This adventure will be full of hardships and tough trials but one thing is certain, this will be one for the history books. (Literally)

In their travels the group of unlikely friends will discover the evil truth behind their government and once and for all bring unity to the struggling races of Equus itself.

This is a re-write, and it technically takes after Twilight becomes an alicorn.
