Equestria as we know it has changed.
Over a hundred years ago, the Mane Six fought against a new threat to Equestria called the Disharmonious. They were defeated, but not without a great cost, the Elements of Harmony were shattered and their fragments spread out across Equestria. Life returned to normal, and in the years since the heroes of Equestria have passed away.
But now, with the threat looming on the horizon again, the need has come for new heroes. They must seek out the fragments of the Elements of Harmony and use them to fight this enemy and their forces.

Hasbro owns the U.S. rights to both franchises. Why not have MLP Kamen Rider? Much likely now than it ever was before.

I've heard some people say that if Hasbro does ask Toei for another try, Fourze or Drive would be a good starting position.

This is great. I am really Really hoping Spike can become a major part and even a rider himself. I can so see him becoming epic with all the years he have been around by this point and experience he has built up. It would just feel like a shame to once again see him put to the side to only play a supporting character
9211150 Hmm, its possible, though Dragons are much harder to use as Riders after 100+ years, a main character sure, but I don't know about Rider. But there are other ways to do it, I'll see what I can do.

I mean Spike would be the one to know the second most of what the elements can do by this point and the one they would mean the most to by far since they are the legacy of his best friends

Baby Spike turned huge due to Twilight's magic and dragons can grow due to greed growth.
So maybe the Elements can help him change size at will so he can be a Kamen Rider
