Though really I think after Twilight all that Blueblood's life and responsibilities don't really change much. If fact the biggest change will be how often he sees his aunt's. Cause though they are moving to Silver Shoals you know the Princesses' will be going all over Equestria on a regular basis, they have thousands of years of vacations to take! They are chronologically seniors but physically young, once they cause somepony to break a hip the staff will insist they not spend so much time "at home".

When I first wrote this, I was sitting in the shower and wrote nothing but dialog, didn't even have characters in mind. The next morning I started fleshing out an actual story, with a healthy dose of snark. (I also read all of the narrator type lines with the voice of the narrator from Manual Samuel). I pretty much fished the first reason I could out of why Blueblood would be there, and now I genuinely wonder what he's up to. You're right, he probably doesn't do anything different, but I wish we knew what he did in the first place.
