All you have to do is find the right portal. If you take a left at the clearing with the holiday doors, right in the forest of mists, and past that canyon filled with goo and floating cubes you should be able to find a portal to that world...that or the dimension of Zanifarian Death Weasels...I keep getting their dimensions mixed up.
