Just deus ex machina with reflection card, flat characters with only purpose to show Twilight Sparkle in her best. What a waste of time. It would've been interesting with more mature and clever Trixie and if Trixie actually won - she IS stage magician, she knows her shit. shows - her strong suit. Twi can't think fast on her hooves, and Trix defeated AJ, Rarity, Dash and didn't even break a sweat.
But ofc you forgot all that and wrote another 'Twi wins Trixie loses' fic. Pff

"Of Mares and Magic" executed that plot nice, "Kindness' Reward" was not so bad, "Trixcord" kinda interesting, "Subject of Revenge", "Major Problems"... but this? What's the point of writing overused cliche without even adding something new? I'm hammoxed.

Don't take it personally. I just read, like, thousands of fics and overused plots always bore and irritate me. I read plenty of "Twi owns Trixie" but NO fic, I repeat, NO FIC with Trixie owning Twilight. Or that "Dash broke her wing" with "Twilight botched a spell". "Human in Equestria" also one of cliche that very few can write interesting and non-predictable like "human comes, everypony confused, human befriends, SOMETHING TERRIBLE HUMAN SAVES HAPPY END"

Yes I can understand where you are coming from. I wanted to write alittle something for each of the mane-six before I started on the others such as Trixie, Octavia and so-on and so-forth. So, naturally I wanted them to be the 'victor' in their own little story, but thanks for the feedback.
