I'm favorting and liking this story- you write Sam and Dean extremely well- in character. There are some flaws here and there- but for the most part, it's great. I'm really looking foward to how this develops. It would be interesting if some of the Mane 6 ever went back to Earth with Dean and Sam. Oh, and one last thing.
Like a lot of stories, because I'm a voracious reader, basically the only real problem I have with it is updates- and how short it is! Update more, and longer ;)

So, you asked me for a review, right? This is a crossover fic, and I'm not familiar with the show, or anime you're crossing MLP, so I guess I'm limited to only checking your grammar, spelling and formatting errors.
As you've already read from my past review, the title needs some basic capitalization.
You might want to separate this from the paragraph of the description. It's really bothering me.
Chapter 1. Title capitalization again. Pardon me, but seeing stories without any basic capitalization is a real turn off for me. Again, forgive me for being choosy.
There's an option that allows you to center sentences while writing, or you could just type down the command yourself.
Replace the word 'gitna' with center, and then type in the sentence, or words you want to centered, in the middle. Why use the word 'gitna'? Fun fact: Because that's the word middle in Tagalog.
That there is a comma, right? So no need to capitalize 'seriously'.
This one needs some basic comma, and replace the period at the end of the dialogue with a comma, because if it is a said action, it should always end with commas.
Comma before 'ain't I'.
You forgot to press space, after the first dialogue.
