This story is a sequel to Double Flash
After Flash Sentry ended things permanently between them, Sunset is left with a simple advice from him: go f*** yourself. Did wonders for me!
Note: Despite the prequel, this story doesn't have any kind of explicit sex scene. It also can be enjoyed independently from the source if preferred.
Profanity tag for light swearing.

Ah this was a fun one to preread. The seen between the two Sunsets flows so well and naturally.
And I like the ambiguity of whether she had sex with herself or not.
This is a nice little insight in a way rarely touched by stories.

Sadly, characters rarely get therapy,
This pun is the best part of parallel universes. Not even the sex, just the ability to say stuff like this.
Double bruh
But did she or did she not fuck herself? With no actual sex scene, I'm like a moth around a lantern.
Good story tho! Pretty funny.

It's left openly ambiguous on purpose, so if you want to think they fuck themselves silly, it is perfectly valid
hahaha, that is a hilarious conversation just to imagine
oof, that would be why, Sunset!
an office just isn't complete without one of those pendulum things
aww, these two Sunsets are so different!
oof! (tho this does fit Forgotten Friendship, where she had to resort to Trixie of all ponies as a friend! without the rest of the girls. but also, who is the Mane Six member that's not her friend? guess this dates to before The Friendship Games?)
oh wow, this suggestion action contravenes just about every ethical standard there is in the profession of psychiatry!
and i love it
haha, fair
haha, i do like how the story does leave it ambiguous as to what happened between the Sunsets. but i gotta say, she does seem much too upbeat and smiley here for there to not have been anything! so i choose to believe.
and i love the idea of human Sunset being a therapist, in line with Sunset being the Element of Empathy! there's also a fun reversal here, with the human counterpart being old enough to be established in a profession while the pony counterpart is a high schooler.
all in all, a very fun counterpart to Double Flash, and Sunset Squared stories are always a good time. thank you for it!

Thank you for the read! And yes, this would be before Friendship Games so no Twilight or Ray yet. Glad the ambiguousness was appreciated.
Double Sunset is a very fun thing to write
