Pharynx is getting tired of all the silly games and activities that the Changeling hive now does. He's starting to feel like they are completely abandoning their warrior ways in favor of being all cutesy and adorable like the ponies. And he won't have it! Which is why he wants to test his little brother Thorax and see if he's really the king he things he is now that he's implementing all these changes. If he fails the tests then Pharynx will surely convince him to convert back to the old ways! How hard could this be?

Hmm, I hadn't seen that comic. It is very nice, and good to link to in the end to give some context for the story. You also included the hallway to expand on the event, and really show off that it is a bit of an odd sense of caring that set this sequence of events off.
Word choice is good, pacing is nice for the type of story it is, and the characters are mostly kept completely in character, with a few side gags to make the reader smile, while the overall tone uses the...kink that is at the center of the final scene as a building bit of expectation on the readers part.
Overall, a good story, thank you for sharing sir.

You are very welcome, while I'm more for nomming, I do enjoy some of the giant interaction stuff when done well, and soft brush type is always my jam, something you do quite well. That and Thorax is just a snuggly teddy bear, and I love him. Totally ship him and Ember myself.

Yeah, I usually keep the violence to a minimum in my stories and not have any character get seriously hurt. This was supposed to just be a funny one shot fic revolving around cartoonish shenanigan's with Chrysalis and Pharynx. Kinda like what Tom and Jerry do.

That was a great read, the part where Thorax effortlessly went through the traps was hilarious. Perhaps he played video games with Luna and the traps looked simple to him, haha. And nice addition with Chrysalis, reminds me of the Cracked comic I did.
