Holly shit, I somehow missed three chapters and only saw the last update with the Captain! Time to get up to date!
The abandoned island for a meeting spot is a great idea. Good luck for the heroes to find it. That Stain had hidden there for a time is a nice world building touch. That Sarumaru RESPECT Stain is an even more interesting information.
What are Aria quirk drawbacks and limitations? I hope we get to discover them eventually. What can she do to train it?
I like the distinction between Sarumaru and All for One. He can give multiple quirks without breaking people or without having to turn them into Nomus to brake the body limits. Or maybe he only goes for the rarer individuals who can bare multiple quirks like Nine or Shiragaki. Did the Master created those quirks from scratch or took parts from others to craft one that fit the users without causing the problems All for One cause? I guess we wouldn't know unless some scientists take a look at a someone who was subjected to Sarumaru peculiar care.
The fact that those quirks need to be mastered is a nice touch but it's the drawbacks, who seem more severe and specific than natural ones that sells it to me. Built in limiters so they aren't too strong? Something to force them to learn discipline and management of their new abilities. There is a mystery behind those and why they were put there and I am all for it!
I really love the Sarumaru design. All elegance, poise and mysterious but the way he his holding himself, causing both fear and respect in others while the floating hands are quite the body horror show. Just how many Quirks does this man have?
His henchmen have an interesting design, very animalistic but at the same time, they remind me of other characters I saw in other franchises. Do you have pictures for your inspiration?
Are they all from other dimensions? Because having an Entity/Mastermind giving quirks to those from other dimensions to use as agents in the MHA world, is really a great hook. Can't wait to see how the Sirens entered contact with them or why they accepted to serve this guy.
The portal they used was cool. The light tentacles feels like the opposite of All for One black tendrils.
“He's absolutely right, you know.” Adagio Dazzle stepped out of the portal, shortly followed by Aria Blaze and Sonata Dusk. “So many powerful quirks you've been given...” She smirked. “It's too bad they only work if you can flex your muscles.” She leaned over and pursed her lips in the air above Kazan's frowning face. “That's a little hard to do when you're tied up tighter than a Filipina cervix on Easter.”
Kazan condition to use his quirks reminds me of a DC character called Flex Mentallo.
“Yeah!” Sonata was finishing a long, gentle hand-stroke across the apartment door. The gray light vanished, and the image of mountain trees was gone for good, replaced with the typical urban ruin of the island.
She need to stroke the door to make it disappear?
“Hmmm? Oh... you think...?” Adagio ran a hand down her scalp, feeling the length of her orange hair reaching just past her ears and tickling her neck. “It's getting to nearly one inch per hour.”
Not bad for "reloading the cannon" so to speak. After a day or two it's ready to go even more. Questions: - does the hair eventually stop or she can end up with a Rapunzel situation where the magic hair is way to long? I imagine there are hair styles she can do for making the extra long hair manageable for missions. I mean, if she grow them longer than her original MLP design I mean. - does the hairs have other special properties? Weak to something or reactive to something normal hair aren't specially reactive too? - does something happen when you cut those hair? Because it could be another way to train it besides firing the laser. - could she use the cut hair as substitute batteries? Like transforming it in a wig or extension to later connect with the rest of her hair? - what happens if she shot the laser at a bunch of her cut hair? - the fact that that the time it take to regrow is improving meas that whatever the Sirens got are actual quirks? It means the more you train it, the more in improves and the more you have the chance to discover some new aspects of the quirk you can use or train.
But to properly train a quirk, you need time, location to do it, sometimes specific training equipment and maybe training partners.
As for training... can she spit the beam to shoot from both hands? Could she, instead of one large beam, shoot repetitive smaller blast?
“Yeah, well... don't get used to it.” Aria's face returned to a frown. “And you better drop this whole 'team-captain-schtick' soon. It made a bit more sense back in the other world... back when we were completely powerless and struggling to so much as get fooed . But now—?”
I mean, Adagio isn't a bad leader so far.
And I am curious about how they got to the MHA world.
And there is a typo at the end. You wrote "fooed instead of food.
“Don't brag yet, off-worlder. I must first inspect my lord's new merchandise...” Sarumaru slowly marched over until he was casting a shadow on Kazan's prone figure. “What in blazes' name is this sea creature doing with his gizzard?”
So even Sarumaru work for someone else huh? Since he got a lot of power himself, have henchmen and expect respect from people, just what kind of being someone like that serves?
The heart was sucked out of the air around her,
Is "heart" the right word here? I think you meant to use "heat" here.
... You're telling me they're working for a Bored Ape NFT.
Ah, Sonata is a lady of culture. (She may even have been or met the inspiration in Equestria or its adjacent human world).
Capital letter, Skirts. That's a guy's name you're using.
Same energy as the Daleks' "this is pest control" line.

Wait, Adagio Blaze? When did happen? I thought the shipping vibes I was kind of getting from Adagio and Aria were a coincidence!
