Not invincible, they can definitely get hurt. But basically unkillable, yes. A less useful advantage than you might think for a first person protagonist.

That's a good question. Courier Six can definitely suffer from crippled limbs. Actual limb loss would be a major story point, like a cut-scene moment. So, yeah, he could potentially loose a limb.
