This story is a sequel to Ponies: The Friendship

She was in the gig economy. She was also a little pony. Her people needed her, inspired to motion and action. That meant her life was getting a lot busier on the pony side of things. Her human life proved to be... understanding, or so she hoped.

Done for a patron, with a planned two updates a month!

I don't blame Raspberry, I would have been scared too if that happened to me. That stalkerish person seems both creepy and like something from the Dark side of the Veil.

I never heard the prequel but the first chapter did enough to give me the basics. Hope Sandra , I mean Raspberry, avoids the creep for now and stays safe.

Here's some other thoughts. I'm suprised they took retiree to young pony so well. Still a pony V-Tuber is an interesting occupation for a pony.

Retiree? That was the prequel. Different character, controlled by the readers. They didn't want to panic, though I gave options to, so they went on to brighter things!

This one seems to have become a pony far less traumatically, and is pretty cozy in their dual flesh. They don't like creeps though. Who does?

The VTuber angle is not only interesting, but a good way of showing that we're still in a World of Darkness crossover, given that Raspberry has found a creative way to be a bit more herself without "breaking the masquerade."

Unfortunately being in a World of Darkness crossover also means that Raspberry is now being stalked by someone who probably wants to eat her (or maybe worse). But hopefully there's some much more pleasant people she'll meet in her near future.

At least she already has a good friend to go to. This protagonist doesn't immediately wear the idiot cap, and we should be proud for her. Alas, that doesn't explain what she's drawn the attention of, or get rid of it on any permanent basis.

It's a very good point that the danger is still out there. Hopefully she'll be able to keep being smart and careful.

Is that?
YES!
FIREFLY FIC!
you have NO IDEA HOW MUCH I WANT MORE FIREFLY!
you'd think for her being Lauren's favorite there'd be more
Oh apparently its not
But hey! You got my attention already!

Sorry, I didn't even realize I had picked such a famous pony picture.

I feel bad that somehow I didn't see this chapter when it was posted even though I called myself watching for it.

There's more tension in this story than its predecessor, reminding us that it is set in a dangerous world even though there are cute ponies hiding in it.

In the votes, conflict was avoided, a lot. This could be read as folks didn't want that? At least not if they had a choice? Or maybe I'm reading into things. There are no votes to stop me now! Mua ha ha ha.

"We're ponies." Louis chomped on some broccoli idly. "We have tricks."

So there not Just one trick ponies?

Just what is Sandra's stalker? Besides being creepy and a pony murderer that is.

Hopefully it'll be possible to catch the creepy stalker guy.

I may take to calling him "Michael Myers" as a placeholder if he goes without a name for long enough.

Oh and to answer the question about votes from last chapter...it would be fun to do another "Choose Your Own Adventure" again in the future, but perhaps this story is working well at the moment as its own sort of experiment.

A full CYOA is quite fun, but no small project. Did you read the last one I did?

Oh come to think of it I did. :scootangel:

In hindsight, with all those choices and possibilities, it must have taken a lot of energy to run after a while. Hopefully that isn't quite the case this time.

It's quite a sprint to fill them all in properly, but it was fun. No regrets.

At least they know what they're up against now. Maybe the Pony neighborhood watch type activity will keep any more Ponies from becoming victims of the fomori.

A nice bit of romance is in the air now with Raspberry and Lucky starting to date.

I agree, they are very adorable.

The bad guy(s) hid a magitech thing in Sandra's desk? That sounds like they are really serious about tracking her down. But why spend a resource like that on one Pony?

Very cute chapter. Though naturally there is still a dangerous mystery still in progress.

I can't figure out the supernatural being it could be because the one that popped up in my thoughts is in a different story.

Can't say I have a proper guess for what this person could be, but looking forward to the answer. :scootangel:

Jay's obsession with Raspberry could be a problem. What if Jay decides that the best way to keep Raspberry safe is to not let her leave that apartment again?

Jay reminds me a lot of Rainbow Dash's adoptive dad character from the famous early fandom story "My Little Dashie."

That essentially means I have mixed feelings. :raritywink: Some people thought of that dad character as wholesome, and some, well...thought he was paranoid. :pinkiecrazy:

That's about how I'm reading Jay, even if this chapter was cute. :derpytongue2: Hopefully Jay is more friend than foe. :raritywink:
