1460294 Well, if you read closely, at the end she says she feels like she did before her transformation into the Navi we love/loathe. Ergo, her parasprite form is her original. She was a parasprite to start with, and ended up back as a parasprite.

Wonderful idea of the fairy/parasprites. I find it odd in the world of magic creature, there aren't other fairy like creatures, like the previous generations of ponies. But then again, I suppose that could complicate things.
