Today in Australia it is R U OK Day! It is a day where depressed and lonely people are acknowledged, and we (the people of Australia), are encouraged to ask the people we know, are they doing ok?

In Australia it is Fathers Day! Maybe you could do something nice for your Dad, (even if it isn't Fathers Day where you live)! If you can find time between all the other stuff you have going on in your life, I'm sure he would appreciate a cup of coffee or tea (or whatever he likes), and a 5 minute talk about how his day has been.

Today was my gorgeous son Matthews funeral. He would have laughed as we played the My Little Pony theme song to a series of slides of My Little Pony's, mixed amongst the 100's of photos we had of him from birth to 17. We released (environmentally friendly), rainbow coloured helium filled balloons, and ate rainbow coloured cup cakes and remembered the gorgeous person he was.

I have no idea who reads these, as he was my computer guru.
