I've been toying with the idea for ages, and never felt satisfied with where things are at now with the organization.

So, I'm going to give in and merge Rising Effort into Pathfinding, and adjust the chapter names to a different format I've used behind the scenes. I will also put the second prologue in the first spot, as that is chronologically appropriate. It means I have to do a major revamp on the story description/synopsis, too.

Bloody took me longer than anticipated, as well as having to split the chapter in half because it went past 20k words. I draw a hard line on length there, so it worked out that I was able to break the chapter almost exactly in half. This is kind of why I so rarely say when a chapter will be coming. Of course, maybe setting myself some deadlines might be motivational now.

As the title says, work is going to be slowing down very soon as the school year starts, which will drastically reduce the workload we have to deal with at the company I work for now. This past Friday when I had the time, I decided to give a shot to joining Harts Fire's author chat. Wound up being pretty entertaining getting to hang out with a a number of fellow authors.

Just to name a few, there were more than I can even remember, I got to banter with Admiral Biscuit, Shakespearicles, Sparky Brony, JimboTex, and Reykan.

Also found out most of my fellow authors are perverted bastards, so it felt like home.
