1982702 Well, the intro was pretty much everything you need to know about the history as far as the worlds lore is concerned. Now the Elements of Harmony, may or may not ever be mentioned. i'm not even sure if I want them to exist as a deus ex machina tool. I really hate those, but star trek is well known for having them, and the magic rest button.

But as it stands the Elements of Harmony don't exist. If i add them later they'll be explained. But for now there is no Elements. Sorry.

Luna was herself but just donned the persona of Nightmare Moon to scare her enemies. Nothing really special there. And good eye on the communications issue. I expected most people to forget that and wonder why the Federation ships attacked the Hydra. I'm glad everyone caught this and didn't make a fuss about it. And I 'm glad you are already familiar with Enterprise.

Also you are correct that the dates don't match up perfectly, but it will be very alternate reality as far as the canon goes in the Enterprise show. I'm assuming you know this so if you don't spoiler alert but Duras, the Klingon commander?

He died way before the Terra Prime incident back in season 2, but I put him in cause I like having the House of Duras as an antagonistic force.

1982647 I love Star Trek and MLP and have been looking for something like what you wrote. In fact I've seen all of Star Trek: Enterprise recently so I knew were it was in the show as soon as I read the word Mars and the name of the lead terrorist. I figured when I saw the date earlier it was going to line up with Enterprise date wise. Over all I love it and eagerly await more chapters so I can see how Starfleet will handle the mess they got into by attacking what is really allies, although I can understand the misunderstanding on Starfleets part. With communications jammed and all they knew was Enterprise was under attack and they see an unknown, unmarked ship close by? Yeah, they can't comm them so just assume it's the attackers and go from there.

I would like to know what is the alternate history for Equestria when it comes to the Elements of Harmony as well since a lot of ponies we know and love are showing up and Nightmare Moon was mentioned as having lead bat and fey ponies under her banner, but it also states Luna was herself again and helped bring about peace with all the nations of Equis. I also love that Sunset is there as the Science Officer, I really do like her (reformed Sunset anyway) and Pinkie Pie in Engineering makes perfect sense in that anything odd she dose will just be 'Pinkie being Pinkie'.
