On March 18th, Maduro's vice president said that no new cases have been confirmed and the next we discover is that 4 cases of coronavirus were detected in The Helicoide (where political prisoners are held).
Well, now we're dead.
Not only we don't have any hospital, at all, with the proper equipment to deal with this virus, we need to subway (a crowded place) to move through Caracas (I need it to go to college, which is in another state) the Venezuelan likes to salute with hugs and (in the case of females) kisses, the water is rationed so places like Montalban and El Paraiso (which only have water once a week for just a couple of hours) are in a bad position.

Not counting the Halloween story, I didn't post a single new chapter this month and, for that, I apologize. It has been kinda hard to focus on Fimfiction lately (not that I don't want to write, it's more that my mind has a hard time to focus) and I've been considering to disconnect myself from social media and other stuff to focus again (I managed to write when the internet was out, not that I think about it)
Now that we have reached October and its 4 presidential elections (Canada, Uruguay, Argentina and Bolivia) I'll go ahead and dump my own personal predictions of who will win this elections and by what margin. I'll let very clear that I'm not counting fraud scenarios.
Bolivia: on 10 days Bolivia will elect a president/Vicepresident, 130/130 representatives (88 from Evo's party) and 30/30 senators (25 from Evo's party) for the term of 5 years each.

The announcement of President Martín Vizcarra to dissolve Congress has opened a debate on whether the measure is constitutional. Five of the seven specialists who answered the calls of this newspaper reject the president's decision.
