It is from the Warhammer 40.000 universe. There is a world called Krieg that brings out a lot of regiments to fight for humanity, called the Death Korps of Krieg. They are well-known to be incredibly stubborn and harsh in attrition and siege warfare, uncaring for their individual lifes, as they see they have to atone for a sin committed by their ancestors. For style and warfare tactic, they are based pretty much on the entire western front during world war 1. So a lot of trenches, artillery, lots of soldiers attacking head on in large charges.
I quite like them.
