It is Twilight's first Hearth's Warming Eve as ruler of Equestria, and although Twilight is happy with her new duty, she feels alone without her friends to keep her company.

Of course she knows that her friends are probably celebrating with their families, but Twilight wanted nothing more than to celebrate that date with somepony very close to her. Until somepony comes to spend that holiday night with her.

Nightmare Moon has noticed Twilight very busy lately, and with that, she has not paid so much attention to her. She has felt nothing but ignored by the unicorn. Fortunately, she has an idea for Twilight to pay attention to her.

Nightmare Moon has been ruled Equestria since she returned to Equestria after her banishment of a thousand years on the moon, and she knows that ruling alone is not easy. Especially after a night of full of real duties. Fortunately, she has Rarity to help her relax after a long night.

Twilight had a busy week at the Friendship School, and anypony who works at the school knows that very well. As the handmare at the Friendship School, she has a greater responsibility than others, and it's makes her very tired after a full day. But nothing like a good night's sleep doesn't fix it.

But one night, she wakes up in the dungeons, with only Nightmare Moon as her companion. She would even let Nightmare Moon take revenge on her, if she wasn't so tired now.

Twilight is summoned to Nightmare Moon's room, and she couldn't be anything but nervous. Why did her mentor call her to her room? Did something bad happen?

To her great surprise, the reason Nightmare Moon had summoned her to her room was nothing like what she thought, but it was to ask her if she appreciates her night.

Luna woke up in a bad mood. Twilight, noticing this, decides to help her feel better. Can the love of Twilight make the bad mood of her marefriend disappear?

It's Heart’s Warming Eve in Equestria, and the Mane 6 plans to celebrate the holiday at the Friendship Castle alongside their special somepony. The six mares can't help but feel happy to be together with those they like on that holiday night. One thing they know: it will be a lively and pleasant, but also romantic night.
