I wouldn't call them issues, but more qualities that describe it.
Your fic is very well detailed. This is really good for getting into the mind of the main character. It also has the unfortunate effect of condensing time and making it feel like they're going nowhere fast.

Not bad, but noticeable.

Quality-wise the fic is good. It just hasn't gotten to that "Aha!" moment that makes everything fit together yet. We've gotten glimpses of it with the differences caused by their change in body and mind. But because not much time has passed, it feels like the main character hasn't reach a "Normal" state of mind yet either. So we don't completely know the main character yet either, and he feels like an observer because he's still figuring things out this early on.

Most things that could be considered 'bad' will work themselves out as the fic moves forward and more details are filled in.
