I just submitted To Sleep, Perchance to Dream into EqD, and promptly spent two hours doing nothing but cleaning up em-dashes and making the headings consistent. (and adding a paragraph or two where really needed) Am I crazy for throwing my stuff at EqD in a futile attempt at attention-gathering, or am I really good enough to show up there? Our Fearless Foals have managed to sneak into the lair of the Dreaded Evil Spawns, in order to return the Night Pegasus Egg when suddenly a noise is heard outside! Hoofsteps on the stairs! Will they be captured and eaten? Or will a hero arise to save Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon from their gruesome fate?

Once upon a time there was a loving pegasus family who were expecting a foal. The mother pegasus had a beautiful light blue coat with flowing yellow mane and eyes of the deepest violet, and she hoped her little foal would look like her. The father pegasus was a light creamy white with sky-blue mane, and he also hoped the foal would look like him.

Whew. Genealogy - or the Mating Habits of Nocturnes Pegasi has now been submitted. Sorry it's taken so long. Next three chapters are being edited, so expect them out in a week or two or three depending on how the real world is treating me.

Ok, here goes. I've got a couple stories in the hopper that I'm working on that I really wouldn't mind if people look at and make comments, which Gdocs permits. I don't like posting them before editing down to a final copy (or at least semi-final) because there may be plot points I need to change, pony genders, massive chunks of dialogue (of which I suck at, don't be afraid to make suggestions), season changes, complete pages ripped out and thrown away, etc, et al....
