Now, I'm still rewriting Brushy. It's going perfectly well, and I'm trying to come up with some inspired ideas for developing Colgate as a character. Colgate is now possibly my favourite character, just because I've spent so long working with her. I'm writing this story 'in tribute' to this wonderful pony, and the awesomeness that she brings to the show.
Looks like I made another pretty big mistake. I was harmlessly chatting on the TWE Skype chat with a few other authors and I may or may not have been dragged into writing a Twixie clopfic in order to prove I am the best clopfic writer out of me and a mate. Here's the catch.
I don't read clop.
Well, it took me and three other TWE admins, but we finally managed to finish one of the hardest edits I've done with the TWE. It's taken us a damn while, seeing as we wanted to make it good, not just legible. It took determination, music, incredibly bad jokes from me and Steel, coloured text and a fuck-ton of perseverance, but I reckon we managed to do quite well with the established ideas. I'll give you the basic gist of the story.

Hello chaps! Well, I've just finished rewriting the Prologue of Brushy Brushy! and I'm pretty happy with it. This one's a keeper. It's 2,764 words in length (currently, subject to change) and contains a lot more than the previous prologue. This time, the prologue actually plays a role in the story! It's got a few nice surprises in it, but I'll wait till I bring the whole story out before I go into detail. Who wants an extract? Tough, you're getting one anyway.
Remembrance Sunday
On a cold November Sunday morn, an old man sits a while
Looking though old photographs, he can’t help but smile
They’re all there, all the boys, with hair cut short and neat
Uniforms of khaki, strong black boots upon their feet.
They met as strangers but soon became like brothers to the end
Smiling at the camera, there could be no truer friends.
They all took the Queen’s shilling, went off to fight the hun,
S3 Spoilers!
Hi all! Now, I'd just like to devour a minute of your time by suggesting some stories that have really caught my eye. Now, I don't tend to read stories very much, but when I do I go for quality. Sure, there are those hulking great behemoths of the FIMFic world, but I prefer to aim for the smaller, hidden gems that are dotted throughout the site. Obviously the authors of such stories as Past Sins and End of Ponies have plenty of likes, views and favourites behind their names, but the smaller
Why hello fellows! I'm back for good now and ready to get working on all the projects/stories/competitions/events/witch hunts I've been delaying.
What's currently going on in my life:
I've written this both because I'm an admin and because I'm a participant in this!
This really is excellent. We have a lot of content here from pretty good authors, so please have a look!
