It turns out Ponyvile is making unicorns pay tax for their use of magic, since earth ponies and Pegasus have made complaints about how strong unicorns are and the frequency with which they use their magic.

Hey there. Thanks very much for the work on the dialogue, characterizations and future chapter set-up. And, yeah, I could EASILY see this being an early Season One episode. Definitely looking forward to more of this.

thanks for the nice comment! I haven't watched that much of the show so far, so i was hoping the characterization and dialogue didn't come of as awkward
