Pegasus
For 2 years, my story "Twenty Minutes" has had an uninviting picture of shackles for its art:
For his YouTube recording of it, Illya Leonov used this less-literal, more-evocative photograph:
Now boarding all passengers for flight 1701, with nonstop service to a great live reading! [video after the jump]
A Ticklish little Pegasus rewrite has been completed, I also added a little extra detail in some tickling bits, anything I missed as always let me know.
The air was that was so cold that it stung Cloudchaser’s lungs, and so thin that even gasping hard enough to dry out the back of her throat still left her feeling light-headed. Her wings ached, her injured shoulder throbbed, her muscles were seizing in the cold—the moment of transformation was ending. Cloudchaser was a pony again, and the rage of the wind was finally taking its toll on her pony body.
I love flying dreams. I can't get enough of them. That sense of lift and weightlessness, being able to feely soar and go where ever my imagination and whims would take me. Looking down at the world, seeing the fields, hills and everything else stretched out below is exhilarating. Not only that, but seeing the clouds tower over, above and around me. Bright blue skies of the day, or the onyx and silver of a moonlit night.
There's nothing quite like a flying dream.
Just so you know, I have changed my username and coverphoto.
Don't worry, the username change is nothing substantial. Just removing the "mlp" to make it flow better.
Enough about me, time for a review:
Okay, so, I talked to Anonymous Pegasus... I know it's been a fortnight but I still can't breathe. Okay, to make a long story short, the author of my favorite pony story, An Affliction of the Heart, said that I could write a spinnoff of his grand story.
Welcome to my blog page! From now on every translation I complete will be summarized in a post like this one.

"Thousand Tales: Learning To Fly" is now available for pre-order! The Kindle edition arrives on May 5. The print edition can't be pre-ordered but will release on around the same date.
Wing blades. Knifes at the end of Pegasus's wings. How do they work and why are they so frequently used in fan fiction? A diagram would explain a lot.
So, I want to introduce myself. I won't drop my IRL name here so I will keep this in character.
Hello,
Being new to writing my style was a bit all over the place, random new lines and proper paragraphs being intermittent.
But after getting some helpful advice from other writers, (you know who you are, thanks a bunch!) I have got it more organised, I will be doing the same to all my other stories, I will say here when that takes place as well as on the description of the story itself.
Hope you like the improvements and enjoy anything new I come up with in the future!
Hey guys,
It's been a long time since the last chapter addition.
That is mostly due to the fact that I had to rewrite the next few chapters entirely. It wasn't good before, now it's way better.
My editor and I are in the process of making one last checkup.
I will upload the next chapter on the 15th of december.
As for the next release, it's going to be two chapter with one illustration. We will start working on them in january.
I hope you will stay around!
Eneasz Brodsky, author, blogger, LessWronger (I think), and some-time fimfiction reader, posted this video of a pegasus at the last Burning Man:
WARNING: Noisy!
It's called "Wings of Glory". Designer and builder Adrian Landon made a web page about its creation. Looks like it first went to Burning Man in 2019.
Well, I've just published the first half of my latest story, which is predictably AppleDash. Given that nearly half of what I've written is AppleDash, this probably comes as a surprise to nobody. The story can be found here:
